Well-designed hotel with amazing staff in a good location. Yet, waiting for a bit of renovation
Absolutely amazing staff showing initiative at every step. Very flexible booking options (late- and very late checkout, early checkin, safe luggage storage). Comfortable and well-designed rooms. Tasty breakfast with good selection of food. Wonderful satay food court just across the street, occupying the whole road in the evenings (yet not disturbing at all!)
Rooms could use a bit of renovation. Smell of unfresh bathroom was pretty disturbing during the stay. Peeling paint is also not very uncommon here...

Well located, clean hotel for visiting Singapore
Great location, clean, modern, staff were attentive and helpful! We were travelling for our honeymoon and they delivered a bottle of wine and cheese platter. Easy to get to from the airport using the MRT, close to bus & train stops. Hawker centre right outside for food and at night the street outside becomes satay street with lots of chargrilled satay skewer stalls. A must try.
Mattress was slightly sunken!
